Olympia Hospitality is seeking a breakfast cook to safely and efficiently prepare menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, ensure food safety, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary Arts education preferred.
• Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items per recipes, portions, and safety standards.
• Follow cooking techniques including grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sauting.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and quantities to minimize waste and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with culinary team to refine menu items and specials.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and proper storage procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
