Job summary

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark is seeking a Breakfast Cook to create and plate guest meals with consistency and care. You will prepare station items per recipes, manage stocks, and keep the line clean and organized to meet health standards.

You’ll mentor junior team members and assist with prep and station setup throughout shifts. The role requires strong knife skills, stamina in a fast environment, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a busy, high-pressure kitchen.
• Good knife handling and cooking procedures.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station-specific items per recipes with consistency and quality.
• Monitor storage, portions, stocks, and sauces.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with Health Department regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and functional.
• Uphold high standards of food production and presentation.
• Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Set up and break down stations; assist prep work.
• Follow recipe specifications for all foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
