Job summary

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Breakfast Cook in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. You will prepare and cook all breakfast items according to menus, expedite orders, and support junior teammates to meet our standards.

In a fast-paced environment you’ll maintain safe storage and proper portioning, keep workstations clean, and follow recipes and health regulations. Benefits include free meals, discounts, and opportunities to grow within Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes.
• Monitor storage, portions, and stocks (stocks, sauces).
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with Health Department regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operational.
• Uphold high standards of food production and presentation.
• Manage station setup, breakdown, and prep work.
• Follow recipe specifications for all preparations.
• Other duties as assigned.
