Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Line Cook in hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Food handling certification required.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments with Sous Chef/Station Cook I and anticipate business levels.
• Start prep work and assist Line Cooks throughout the shift.
• Set up and break down work stations; complete closing duties each day.
• Maintain proper storage procedures per Health Department and hotel requirements; follow food handling guidelines.
