Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a line cook or similar culinary role.
• High school education plus culinary arts coursework or related major.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timing requirements.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients following recipes.
• Cook and grill a range of menu items with precision.
• Set up cooking station with tools and ingredients.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Inspect ingredients and finished dishes for quality.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices.
