Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Outlet/Breakfast Attendant to assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and to provide guests with exceptional service during breakfast and meal periods. The role emphasizes efficient turnover, guest satisfaction, and consistent adherence to service standards.

The position requires physical stamina to handle tables and service ware, plus strong communication with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Take care of guests with their breakfast experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
