Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up, maintain, and break down the hotel breakfast buffet while delivering a welcoming guest experience. This role operates during fast-paced morning service with a strong emphasis on detail and hospitality.

Responsibilities include stocking items, ensuring safe temperatures, assisting guests with menu questions, and supporting the restaurant team. High school diploma and food safety awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in hotel breakfast or buffet service preferred.
• Must meet local food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Breakfast Setup & Buffet Execution: Set up breakfast buffet according to property standards and ensure items are labeled and ready for service.
• Food & Beverage Monitoring: Replenish buffet items and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Guest Service & Hospitality: Greet guests and assist with questions on menu items and allergens.
• Cleanliness, Sanitation & Breakdown: Keep buffet and dining areas clean; sanitize equipment after service.
• Operational Support & Communication: Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams and maintain professional appearance.
