Job summary

Emmaline’s Cocktails & Provisions, located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airport, is seeking a dependable Breakfast Cook to join our morning team. You will help prepare breakfast items, maintain stations, and ensure guest meals are served promptly with high quality in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

We offer a state-of-the-art kitchen, early shifts (4:45 AM–11:30 AM), and a culture that values teamwork, hospitality, and consistency in food presentation for hotel guests and restaurant

Qualifications

• Dependability and punctuality for early-morning shifts.
• Hotel/restaurant kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, maintain, restock, and break down breakfast stations.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, portion sizes, and ticket times.
• Support breakfast banquets, group events, and buffet setups as needed.
• Prepare and stock fresh items for Grab & Go program.
• Complete daily prep lists and assist with inventory awareness.
• Label, date, store, and rotate food products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Communicate professionally with front-of-house and kitchen leadership.
• Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively to keep morning operations running smoothly.

About the Role

As our Breakfast Cook, you’ll prepare and execute breakfast offerings for hotel guests and restaurant diners. You’ll help ensure that every meal is served promptly, prepared consistently, and presented with care.
