Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Pembroke Pines is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, sales, guest service, and staff development. You will oversee training, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of restaurant management, strong leadership, cash handling skills, and the stamina to work long hours. This full-time on-site role requires reliability and a passion for hospitality.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must communicate effectively in the predominant language of the trading area.
• Three years of front-of-the-house service and/or assistant management experience.
• Able to perform basic math and operate a cash register or POS.
• Stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stamina to work 50–60 hours per week.
• Available every day from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Understand policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure guests receive welcoming, responsive, friendly service at all times.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served to standards.
• Control cash and receipts per policies and procedures.
• Make employment and termination decisions.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and labor cost objectives.
• Develop staff in managerial and professional development.
• Prepare all required paperwork, forms, reports and schedules.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; follow maintenance programs.
• Oversee deliveries and receiving policies.
• Oversee performance appraisals and corrective actions.
• Comply with health, safety and labor regulations.
• Develop marketing, advertising and promotions campaigns.
• Perform daily POS and Back Office closing procedures.
