21c Museum Hotels in St. Louis seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee breakfast and brunch service, serving as second-in-command to the Restaurant Manager.

You will coordinate servers, runners, and bussers while upholding service standards. Responsibilities include supervising the breakfast barista and AM dining room, monitoring reservations, keeping menus current, ensuring adequate staffing, and delivering the highest level of guest service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Supervision/management experience.
• Interest in delivering high-level guest service.
• Comfort with standard software used in hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast barista, AM room service, AM dining room.
• Monitors reservation system/host stand procedures.
• Maintains menus (content/cleanliness).
• Ensure the department is staffed sufficiently for each meal period.
• Provides the highest and most efficient level of service to guests.
• Keeps morale high among the AM restaurant crew.
• Maintains a positive attitude with staff and guests.
• Ensures employees follow service standards.
• Maintains a clean and orderly restaurant & bar.
• Creates awareness of in-house VIPs and regulars.
• Assists/executes tasks as assigned by Restaurant Managers/FB Director.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
