Job summary

21c Museum Hotels in St. Louis invites an experienced Supervisor to lead the dining room during breakfast and brunch services. You will act as second-in-command to the Restaurant Manager, coordinating servers, runners, and bussers while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant operation.
• Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for all things 21c.
• Experience with Windows-based computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the breakfast bar, AM room service, and AM dining room.
• Monitor reservation system and host-stand procedures.
• Maintain menus and ensure cleanliness.
• Staff sufficient coverage for each meal period.
• Provide high-level service and maintain morale.
• Create awareness of VIPs and cultivate regular guests.
• Assist with tasks assigned by Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Director.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
