**Job Description:**

• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Maintain soap and sanitation buckets at each station at all times.
• Label and date all food products.
• Open and close the kitchen in the absence of supervisors.
• Adhere to all written recipes for menu items.
• Report out-of-stock items to the supervisor.
• Prepare sauces and dishes for breakfast and dinner menus.
• Assist in setting up the restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
• Prepare menu and featured items under the Executive Chef’s guidance.
• Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
• Perform duties as per the Prep List schedule.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Prepare dressings, cold sauces, salads, and desserts for buffet and cafeteria.
• Assist with banquet preparations.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
• Ability to push, bend, stoop, reach upward, and use manual dexterity.
• Hearing, reading, and writing skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

• Knowledge of hotel departments and functions.
• Understanding of health, safety, and legal regulations.

**Qualifications:**
