**Job Description:**
- Maintain health and sanitation standards.
- Maintain soap and sanitation buckets at each station at all times.
- Label and date all food products.
- Open and close the kitchen in the absence of supervisors.
- Adhere to all written recipes for menu items.
- Report out-of-stock items to the supervisor.
- Prepare sauces and dishes for breakfast and dinner menus.
- Assist in setting up the restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
- Prepare menu and featured items under the Executive Chef’s guidance.
- Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
- Perform duties as per the Prep List schedule.
- Maintain health and sanitation standards.
- Prepare dressings, cold sauces, salads, and desserts for buffet and cafeteria.
- Assist with banquet preparations.
- Communicate effectively in English with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
- Attend required meetings.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
- Ability to push, bend, stoop, reach upward, and use manual dexterity.
- Hearing, reading, and writing skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Knowledge of hotel departments and functions.
- Understanding of health, safety, and legal regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school education and relevant training preferred.
- CPR and first aid training preferred.
