Duties and Responsibilities

• Support guest service as the main focus of the hotel.
• Prepare, serve, and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand and safety standards.
• Greet each guest, anticipate, and assist with any breakfast needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast and preparation areas and ensure food safety.
• Wash, clean, and store all breakfast equipment.
• Review and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Report ordering or purchasing needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Complete all breakfast opening and closing tasks as indicated.
• Address guest problems or complaints and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
