Overview

The Breakfast Attendant provides exceptional service to hotel guests in the breakfast area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Approach all guest and employee interactions with friendliness and professionalism.
• Maintain proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Greet and seat guests promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of menus and dining areas.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables and hotel spaces as needed.
• Stock and organize service areas; complete side work.
• Handle special guest requests and communicate with departments about VIPs.
• Support food and beverage service, including cleaning and restocking.
• Know service standards for room service orders.
• Be familiar with menus and specials.
• Perform cashiering and shift closing procedures.
• Assist guests with hotel information and local attractions.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare high-quality beverages as required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
