Job summary

InnVentures at SpringHill Suites Seattle Issaquah is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver a quality dining experience for guests. You will prepare buffet items, stock stations, greet guests warmly and help maintain a clean, inviting breakfast area.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork across hotel departments, and the ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 25 pounds, and obtain a Food Handler’s Permit. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit; some locations require an Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to read and write; stand and move for an entire shift; able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
