Job summary

Embassy Suites Bellevue is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to ensure guests enjoy a quality dining experience and feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities include preparing the buffet, keeping areas clean, assisting with inventory, and delivering attentive service. Eligible employees receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit; Alcohol Server's Permit may be required at some locations.
• Able to stand, move for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively greet guests with eye contact and a warm hello.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily logs and temperature records.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of food and beverage items.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred, but not required. You must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit and some locations require an Alcohol Server's Permit. To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read and write. This job requires you to stand and move around for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
