Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Embassy Suites Bellevue, WA to deliver a quality dining experience for guests staying away from home.

The role focuses on food preparation, station maintenance, and friendly guest service, with emphasis on hospitality and teamwork to ensure consistent service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit; Alcohol Server's Permit may be required at some locations.
• Need basic verbal and written communication skills; must be able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

This job requires you to stand and move around for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
