Job summary

DMT Trucking, part of PS Logistics, is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to handle inbound calls and coordinate maintenance for drivers, vendors, and stakeholders. You will ensure excellent service while addressing service requests and keeping repairs on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with flexibility for day and after-hours support to assist drivers. Prior service writing or call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Experience in call centers or service writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and coordinate maintenance between drivers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Create repair orders and review estimates for repairs.
• Communicate breakdowns and status updates to teams promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for tires, parts and services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
