ManpowerGroup is seeking a Printer Break Fix Hardware Technician (IT) to join our Service Support team in Billings, MT. You will support repair and maintenance of HP PC and printer hardware on customer sites, configuring hardware, software and network components as needed.
Travel within the Montana region is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks. A high school diploma is required; additional hardware training or college experience is preferred.
Our client is seeking a Printer Break Fix Hardware Technician to join their team. As a Break Fix Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting technical repair and maintenance teams.

Pay rate: $32 per hour
What's the Job?
Support and repair HP PC and Printer hardware on customer sites in the Montana region.
Configure hardware, software, and network components as needed.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on laptops, desktops, printers, and workstations.
Manage multiple service events efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
What's Needed?
Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience, especially with PC and printer equipment.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and stooping.
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hardware training or college experience preferred.
Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including holidays and non-traditional shifts.
