Qualifications

• 2 years of high-volume bread and danish production experience.
• Knowledge of artistic bread showpieces preferred.
• Bread/pastry training preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and HACCP policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bread preparation meets procedures and quality standards.
• Assist Executive Baker to maintain health standards for food preparation.
• Complete bread inventory and place orders to maintain par levels.
• Update bake shop team on stocking needs.
• Prepare special orders for VIP customers.
• Flexible duties may be added or modified.
