Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bakery, cake decorating, or kitchen roles preferred.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products per recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, and finish products following procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation and consistency.
• Separate, organize, package, and prepare finished bakery products for distribution and sale.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, Health Department, and company regulations.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and maintain it.
• Meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory rotation and quality control.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership and fellow associates.
• Arrive on time and follow company policies.
