Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to plan, set up and prepare high‑quality pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams and attractions for outlets, banquets and amenities.

You will maintain health standards, manage production under tight timelines, assist plating, inspect orders for presentation, and collaborate with the culinary team in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Culinary certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Pastry Cook required.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to perform in fast paced environment.
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

Plan, set up and prepare quality pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams and more.
Produce and plate pastries and desserts for outlets, banquets and amenities.
Maintain walk-in, prep area and equipment to Health Department standards.
Inspect orders to ensure high quality and presentation.
Work under pressure to meet production schedules and timelines.
Collaborate with culinary staff as part of a team; follow waste controls.
