Job summary

Flowers Baking Co. of Denton, LLC is seeking a Production Technician to contribute to all phases of a team-based production line. You will operate automated equipment, diagnose issues, assist with maintenance, and help ensure product quality and safety.

Flexibility to rotate assignments and support manufacturing goals is required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant technical training, with 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus completion of a technical certification course (HVAC, auto maintenance/repair, etc.).
• Equivalent military training or 45 college credit hours may substitute for technical training.
• AIB "Science of Baking" course may fulfill the certification requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment and monitor production processes.
• Perform start-up/shut-down sanitation and limited preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure safety compliance.
• Input data into Enterprise software and assist reporting as directed.
