Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician in Denton, TX to contribute to all phases of the team-based production process. You will operate automated equipment, diagnose machinery issues, assist in maintenance, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.

Flexibility to rotate duties and support order fulfillment is essential. The role requires a high school diploma or technical training and may include a technical certification.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency required; technical training preferred.
• Technical certification courses may be acceptable with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Checks and adheres to production work schedule and reporting times.
• Operates facility metal detector and is trained/certified.
• Performs start-up/shut-down sanitation and limited PM on machinery.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and adheres to safety rules.
• Monitors production schedules, running order, and formulas.
• Doubles as a team member supporting production shifts.
