Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedule and report times.
• Operate metal detectors and stay certified.
• Perform start-up/shut-down sanitation and basic maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety rules.
• Monitor schedules, running orders, and formulas.
• Weigh and stage ingredients per standards.
• Ensure correct containerization of product.
• Conduct quality control inspections against standards.
• Assist with breaks for Production Technicians on shift.
• Work as part of a high-performing team.
• Perform other duties as directed.
