Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proposal writing and estimating experience preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, creative problem solving and written communication skills.
• Maintain composure and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while managing multiple proposals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team scrum to review proposal priorities and progress.
• Review proposal requests and identify input from service line leaders for scope and fees.
• Develop technical proposals and estimates based on templates.
• Conduct research and meetings with service line leaders to reflect SOCOTEC’s expertise.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to produce complete proposal packages.
• Collaborate with fellow writers to review language for clarity and accuracy.
• Gather information from clients to complete proposals and manage CRM data.
