Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team delivering ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform. You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, and Product teams to translate customer needs into production-ready solutions.

You’ll meet with strategic customers, own end-to-end deals, and embed with client teams to ensure measurable business impact in diverse industries and regions. São Paulo-based preference; remote options may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable in deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects.
• Adaptability to diverse customer environments and use cases.
• Familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close.
• Embed inside strategic customers, spending time onsite and delivering outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and workflows.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and related AI tech.
• Scope applications across industries and regions globally.
• Present results and future work proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents.
