The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role also involves supporting the overall philosophy aligned with the Company culture, serving as a guide to all family members.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

12. Performs physical movements throughout the work area as required.
13. Works with minimal supervision.
14. Adheres to sanitation/health regulations and Company standards.
15. Inspects and maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.
16. Retrieves, sorts, and shelves dishes following safety standards.

Additional Info:
