The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. You will help ensure a welcoming environment for both guests and team members, supporting the overall guest experience.

• Inspects cleanliness and organization of workstations, rectifies deficiencies, and maintains throughout the shift.
• Retrieves and sorts dirty dishes, operates dishwashing systems safely, and shelves clean dishes according to standards.
