Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven coaching and development of sales associates and supervisors.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily actions and priorities on the sales floor.
• Lead visual merchandising and product storytelling to support sales behaviors.
• Provide direction and coaching to Store Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Manage labor hours through Daily Work Force Management actions.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead higher-volume or more complex stores with performance direction.
