Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Brand Experience Value to shape and scale value initiatives for Arby’s and its Franchisees.

You will lead value opportunities from concept through commercialization, balancing guest needs with franchisee economics and execution feasibility. You will synthesize data across functions, develop business cases, and drive measurable traffic and profitability improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field.
3-5 years in strategy, analytics, brand marketing, consulting, revenue management, or test-and-learn environments.
Strong analytical mind and data-driven decision making.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Supports the development and management of a structured value roadmap to drive traffic, frequency, and profitability.
Leads end-to-end market testing of value initiatives, including KPI development and post-test recommendations.
Synthesizes data from multiple sources to inform strategic decisions and prioritization.
Partners with Revenue Management, Operations, Digital, Analytics, and Franchise stakeholders to align value strategies.
Develops business cases balancing guest value, profitability, and execution.
Translates test learnings into rollout strategies and implementation plans.
Monitors performance and recommends optimizations based on results and feedback.
Develops executive-ready presentations for leadership review.
