Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months training experience preferred.
• Familiar with onboarding procedures and LMS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador for Theisen’s Home Farm Auto.
• Assist manager with hiring duties such as scheduling interviews and background checks.
• Perform onboarding functions including new hire orientations.
• Assist with and ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork and follow up on missing items.
• Introduce associates to software such as Dayforce and 8th Street.
• Conduct Brand Expectation meetings and mentor/train associates for quality customer service.
