Job summary

Sunda Detroit is seeking a Corporate Team Training Manager to design and oversee enterprise-wide training programs across Chicago, Tampa, and Detroit. You will translate strategic goals into scalable curricula and lead on-the-floor rollouts, ensuring brand consistency and guest-first service.

Collaborating with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and HR, you will own SOPs, LMS management, and a robust Train-the-Trainer program while measuring ROI through key metrics like retention and OSAT.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in corporate training within multi-unit hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Active ServSafe Manager certification required.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% for field ops & NROs.
• Experience with SOPs, LMS, and on-the-floor rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain corporate training materials (SOPs, digital modules, manuals).
• Build and manage a certified Train-the-Trainer program for regions.
• Lead NRO training tasks, onboarding, culture immersion, and timelines.
• Administer LMS, content scheduling, and compliance training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for training timelines on launches & tech rollouts.
• Track metrics (retention, OSAT, speed of service) and report ROI.
