Job summary

BARD Materials is seeking a Marketing and Recruitment Manager to drive brand awareness and attract talent in the Midwest. This role blends marketing execution with recruitment strategy to accurately portray our products, services, and values across channels.

You will own the social media presence, design campaigns, and analyze data to optimize outreach. Collaboration with Hiring Managers and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in employer branding methods.
• Knowledge in social media platforms for marketing.
• Ability to message via marketing strategies aligned with the company's purpose.
• Knowledge of recruitment and marketing.
• Ability to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to BARD locations and to events.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Foster healthy relationships with internal and external customers to grow products and services.
• Build relationships with new customers while serving an existing base.
• Develop Marketing materials and campaigns for available products and services.
• Identify and position products and services to meet market demands.
• Plan and execute recruitment marketing to attract high-quality applicants.
• Own BARD's social media across platforms and manage content calendar.
• Create content and campaigns using AI tools to improve reach and efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events, career fairs, and community initiatives.
