You will collaborate with the Leadership Development and Employee Resources team, develop materials, and use AI tools to create engaging content. Travel and events are possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in marketing/recruitment.
• Experience in employer branding.
• Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Ability to align messaging with company purpose and products.

• Increase brand awareness and attract talent through strategic marketing initiatives.

• Plan and execute Recruitment Marketing to attract high-quality applicants.
