Job summary

Conveo.ai is redefining how brands understand consumer insights through AI-driven interviews and large-scale visual storytelling. You will own the visual language of the company, shape branding across marketing, sales, events, and products, and guide partnerships with design systems and external agencies to ensure a unified look.

Qualifications

• Own the visual language of the entire company and ensure consistency across all assets.
• Govern the seam between our content partner, the product design system partner, and the rebrand agency so one language survives across product and brand.
• Review inbound work against the brand system and provide clear feedback with reasons.
• Keep the character intact as volume grows: warm tones, single accent, serif headlines, real photography, generous whitespace.

Responsibilities

• Be the visual brain of the company: shape and maintain a cohesive visual vision across web, decks, social, events, and product marketing.
• Steward the visual identity hands-on: tighten hierarchy of decks, rebuild landing pages or pages, redraw diagrams, and fix templates so the system is inherited by the whole team.
