Mercor seeks a senior Brand Designer to own the evolution of our brand identity across campaigns, web, and events. You will translate AI and talent concepts into compelling visual systems and create high-impact assets for marketing, decks, and product marketing visuals.

You will develop a distinctive visual language and collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership to ensure a consistent, polished Mercor story as we scale globally.

Qualifikationen

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling.
• Experience designing across web, social, campaigns, decks, and marketing surfaces.
• 4+ years in brand or visual design at startups, agencies, or high-bar creative teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the evolution of Mercor’s brand identity across external and internal touchpoints (campaigns, launches, web, social, events).
• Translate complex ideas about AI, talent, and work into clear visual systems.
• Create polished brand assets: landing pages, decks, social graphics, ads, illustrations, event collateral, product marketing visuals.
• Develop and maintain a distinctive, modern visual language.
• Partner with marketing, product, recruiting, and leadership to tell Mercor’s story across channels.
• Help build a scalable brand system, templates, and guidelines for growth.
• Bring speed, taste, and originality to a high-creative-bar team.
