Conduct is hiring a Founding Brand Designer to lead the visual expression of our brand across audiences. You will elevate the brand, design systems, and scalable storytelling for website, events, and campaigns in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate with founders, marketing, and engineering to make complex technology accessible through bold visual narratives, including AI-enhanced workflows. This role anchors our brand as we scale, in a dynamic NYC/London presence.

Qualifications

• Experience building brand identity and design systems.
• Experience leading integrated design across digital, motion, print, and events.
• Proven ideation: new concepts and directions, not just polished execution.
• Comfort designing hands-on at speed in a fast-growing startup with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and steward Conduct's visual identity across formats, building on the recent rebrand and keeping consistency via templates and an interactive brand book.
• Partner with founders, marketing, and engineers on go-to-market creative; turn complex tech into compelling visuals.
• Build scalable systems for product storytelling in imagery and motion.
• Design hands-on across website, social, billboards, booths, and events.
• Lead creative direction of photo, video, and 3D production, including customer testimonials.
