Job summary

Conveo is seeking a Design Lead to own the marketing design system, templates, and brand framework. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director, founders, and external partners to shape how design works across the company and scale assets from decks to web.

You’ve built templates that teams actually adopt, used AI to ship at volume without sacrificing quality, and thrived in fast-paced startups. This role is ideal for a senior designer leading brand systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience with B2B/SaaS exposure and a strong portfolio.
• Track record of building scalable design systems, templates, AI workflows, and reusable components.

Responsibilities

• Build the design system foundations across Figma, decks, and web; define components, tokens, and guidelines.
• Own recurring design output: sales decks, ads, website pages, social images, and long-form visuals.
• Run design ops and triage: manage requests, scope work, and coordinate with internal designers, agencies, and freelancers.
