Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in customer service, account management, or operational support in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations supporting national, branded, and third-party accounts.

• Lead, supervise, and develop assigned agents through coaching and performance management.
• Establish team priorities, workload distribution, and service standards for national accounts.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure successful execution of commitments.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on initiatives, resources, and retention strategies.
• Ensure accuracy of customer records, billing coordination, and account management activities.
