Job summary

Bettervits, a fast-growing DTC group in human and pet wellness, seeks a Head of Brand to lead strategy, creative direction, and identity for Bettervits and Pawfy. This senior role drives how the brands look, feel, and perform across packaging, launches, advertising, social content, and retail.

You will collaborate with founders, product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to build distinctive, premium brands that resonate with global audiences and deliver long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading brand strategy for fast-growing consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showing premium, culturally relevant brands across channels.
• Proven ability to balance brand building with commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand strategy, identity, tone, and visual direction across Bettervits and Pawfy.
• Lead creative vision across packaging, advertising, website, photography, video, social content, and campaigns.
• Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and cultural collaborations.
