Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of CPG Brand Management experience.
• Proven analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
• Proficient in Nielsen or IRI.
• Strong creative eye and experience in packaging and marketing asset creation.
• Experience and proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track-record of grace and a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deep knowledge of consumer, category, brand, and products.
• Analyze brand, product, promotional, and category performance identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional Innovation and Renovation projects from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Develop and execute annual brand plans including new product launches, promotions, merchandising, and distribution opportunities.
• Utilize data insights and market observations to identify new opportunity areas for the Treats business.
• Be a key contributor to the management and growth objectives of the Wellness Pet business.
