Job summary

Altadis U.S.A. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to partner with senior leadership in shaping and executing growth for premium brands. You will own brand strategy, product innovation, consumer marketing, agency partnerships, digital and CRM, driving profitability and equity.

You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, trade, and manufacturing to deliver integrated campaigns, price optimization, and continued brand relevance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in brand management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (writing, reading and speaking).
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital and social media tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Cigar industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and portfolio strategy, identifying opportunities to premiumize the portfolio and grow brand equity.
• Drive product innovation from concept through launch with cross-functional alignment.
• Own brand performance and P&L delivery including forecasting, pricing and growth opportunities.
• Develop agency partnerships and integrated marketing plans.
• Create consumer activations, events and digital experiences.
• Develop digital engagement strategies across social, CRM and content platforms.
