Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in portfolio management, product development, or related roles.
• Proven success in driving development and launch of products.
• Excellent strategic thinking and complex project management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret diverse data sources, including financials.
• Experience leveraging consumer insights and market trend information.
• Strong relationship builder with experience in a matrixed, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Portfolio Development Director in shaping a comprehensive portfolio strategy and identify market trends.
• Monitor and manage performance of existing products within the portfolio and inform needs.
• Support delivery of portfolio strategy and NPD expansion across geographies.
• Lead Integrated Business Planning with cross-functional teams for the Global Brand Team.
• Develop and communicate an innovation vision; oversee end-to-end lifecycle of products, including packaging redesign and Limited Editions.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the new product manager; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
