• Unflappable and calm demeanor in the midst of change, who can expertly anticipate and mitigate risks
• 12 – 15 years of advertising agency, research, client-side and/or consulting experience working on a challenger brand (s)
• Demonstrated successes in identifying market-, brand-, media-, and customer-driven data and insights to produce groundbreaking work, effecting work for national brand(s)
• Fully integrated chops (traditional, digital, media, CRM, social, mobile)
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
• Not an asshole
