Ready Set Rocket, a Sia Company, seeks a Brand Strategy Director to translate human insights into cohesive brand, communications, and experience strategies. You will shape the core brand story and ensure the ecosystem reflects customer needs with measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with Creative, Growth, Analytics, and Client Leadership to define KPIs and guide multidisciplinary teams, architecting experiences and storytelling journeys that resonate and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of strategy experience within a full-service advertising agency or integrated creative consultancy.
• Experience leading strategy for complex, multi-channel ecosystems with analytics collaboration.
• History of shaping strategic foundations that scale across campaigns and journeys.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic foundation unifying brand across creative, communications, and experience touchpoints.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams with clarity and a compelling point of view.
