Job summary

Ready Set Rocket, a Sia Company, seeks an Executive Creative Director (Managing Director) to set and steward the creative vision. This hands-on leader will turn complex client challenges into distinctive stories across video, digital, and experiences, guiding teams and shaping the agency’s creative direction.

The ECD will partner with senior clients, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and drive growth through bold idea development, compelling narratives, and strong client presentations.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of creative experience in a full-service digital or integrated agency.
• Must have 2+ years as Executive Creative Director or equivalent in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated business acumen including staffing, budgets, and growth contributions.
• Exceptional client presence and ability to sell bold ideas to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and elevate the creative vision for Ready Set Rocket across copy and design.
• Lead integrated work across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences.
• Build and present persuasive creative narratives that captivate clients.
• Turn complex subject matter into accessible, human stories that drive action.
• Shape client presentations and roadmaps to grow scope and win new business.
• Lead the Creative Department as a business unit with clear standards and delivery.
• Strengthen senior partnerships and expand client impact within Sia.
