Job summary

Ready Set Rocket, a Sia company, seeks an Executive Creative Director to set and steward the creative vision across the agency. This role combines senior leadership with hands-on storytelling to transform complex client challenges into distinctive platforms and integrated work.

You will lead copy and design teams, guide multidisciplinary groups, and partner with clients to unlock growth while ensuring a cohesive, emotionally resonant narrative across channels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of creative experience in a full-service digital or integrated agency with senior leadership.
• Proven Executive Creative Director experience leading integrated work and high-stakes client engagements.
• Strong judgment across visual systems and storytelling; set standards without hands-on execution.
• Experience owning staffing, scoping, budgets, and contributing to agency growth.
• Exceptional client presence and ability to sell bold ideas to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and elevate the agency's creative vision and POV on ideas.
• Champion concept and storytelling across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences.
• Lead and develop copy and design leadership, providing direction to discipline leads.
• Turn complex subjects into accessible, compelling stories that drive action.
• Shape persuasive narratives and presentations to win client confidence and momentum.
• Grow client scopes, partnerships, and new business opportunities through creativity.
• Lead the Creative Department as a business unit with standards, structure, and talent development.
• Strengthen Sia's position within Ready Set Rocket by amplifying ideas and storytelling.
