Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC seeks a Marketing Manager, Brand Strategy to translate brand positioning into coordinated campaigns across channels. You will lead messaging, creative direction, and calendar alignment with franchisees and partners.

You’ll work with brand leadership, Field Marketing, and agencies to measure results, refine strategies, and maintain consistent brand identity across touchpoints. A multi-brand portfolio experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience building and managing an integrated editorial calendar across web, email, social, video, and direct mail.
• Ability to develop brand messaging and guidelines that preserve brand identity while improving efficiency.
• Experience driving customer acquisition, cross-selling, retention, and efficient ad spend.
• Strong proficiency in measuring campaign performance and applying insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans for an assigned brand portfolio aligned with positioning and growth priorities.
• Coordinate national multi-channel campaigns and seasonal calendars.
• Translate strategies into briefs, timelines, assets, and execution plans for teams and partners.
• Manage budgets and allocate funds to maximize lead generation and ROAS.
• Ensure brand identity and asset usage across consumer touchpoints.
• Analyze performance and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness and profitability.
