Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual identity strategies and major creative campaigns across brand properties. You will translate business objectives into brand concepts, design systems, and multi-channel assets, reporting to the creative director.

You’ll mentor junior designers, enforce quality across internal and agency work, and bridge visual storytelling with UI/UX principles to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive graphic design experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or equivalent.
• Master-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; strong UI/UX prototyping knowledge (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Advanced knowledge of print production, Pantone/CMYK, and color management; web design principles.
• Excellent presentation and cross-functional leadership with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual ideation and design execution for high-stakes marketing initiatives, rebrands, launches, and executive materials.
• Design, extend, and govern brand style guides, design systems, and visual identity standards across multi-brand properties.
• Review, critique, and approve visual work; mentor junior designers to raise execution quality.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO/WebOps, and Product to translate briefs into campaigns and UI/UX.
• Direct external agencies, freelancers, print vendors; manage proofs, press checks and prepress workflows.
• Monitor design trends and innovations; integrate best practices into internal SOPs.
